Harbor Freight

Harbor Freight sits on a little over an acre and the site had recently been a dump site. When we were contracted to build the site we first had to remove all of the unusable and improperly disposed of material off site to the proper disposal facilities. After that we imported suitable fill material and brought the site to subgrade and then installed the potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. We then installed the dense graded base, curbs and asphalt.
