A Safety First Approach
Safety Is Our Priority
Safety is our top priority. At the end of the day, no matter what we do and what our production goals look like, our people getting home safely is the most important aspect. Our management team is constantly checking on our crews, making sure they have what they need, as well as our customers to ensure they’re satisfied with the overall job environment.
As they say, “failing to plan is planning to fail.” That’s why as the day winds down, we being working through scheduling and figuring out exactly where everybody needs to be on the following day. This allows us to prevent problems from happening by constantly looking ahead at what we’ve got coming down the pipe to make sure our teams are properly prepared. It takes all of us working together to ensure a safe work environment.
Toolbox Talks
We meet every morning to discuss the work of the day as well as go through general job site safety guidelines.
Public Responsibility
Public safety is always top of mind. Proper barriers and signage are always set in place to ensure safety standards are met both inside and outside the company.
Safety Certifications
Employees go through annual certifications to meet OSHA standards. We encourage additional training, such as CPR and First Aid.
Management Oversight
Every month, we hold company wide meetings where our management team addresses any issues and updates our employees on any new safety regulations.
Dress the Part
We provide each employee with high-visibility clothing, eye protection, and hard hats, which are to be always worn on the job.
