Lucas Ferry Townhomes Ph. II

We were contracted by Kenny Winter with Winter Homes to develop the second phase of Lucas Ferry Townhomes and multi unit townhome subdivision in Athens, AL. This site was a mix of mass grading using on site materials and

imported structural fill. We were able to work with the engineer of this site and create a large detention pond and dig a borrow pit to decrease the amount of imported fill material to save the owner money. We then performed all of the underground utilities, base, curbs and asphalt.
